No-nonsense, fenced rear dog yard, cool AC, clean sheets, abundant blankets and towels, great water pressure, great location near lots of hiking and a short trip to Franklin/Oil City/Slippery Rock, and a very warm welcome from an amazing host. We used the bar-b-que and fire pit and made for a nice relaxing evening around the fire. Easy river access for kayaking or fishing.”
