“As soon as you enter the property you're transported down south. The very first thing you see when you drive in the driveway is their beautiful orchard with delicious fruit. When we looked at the photos we almost wondered if this was a scam,it most definitely IS NOT! The owner gave us a tour after we settled in. “Beautiful apartment building turned into hotel that was about 20 min walk to Comerica Park. The only negative comment I have is that there is no parking to which we still had to pay to park at the transit. We booked this hotel to walk to the Tigers game & avoid parking but we still had to pay for parking. *TIP!! Do not park in front of the building!! Wasn’t even 10 min we checked in & received a parking ticket!”
