“Un lugar muy céntrico, la vista increíble y el apartamento realmente en excelentes condiciones. NO hay acceso a la piscina aunque está en las amenidades que ofrecen, incluso no fue posible ni subir a la terraza porque los propietarios permanentes no lo permiten. No deberían de ponerlo como amenidad si no está disponible, resto todo perfecto.”

“Excelente lugar, súper acogedor excelente para pasarla un día cocinar descansar, tiene Netflix, muy buena limpieza y atención, estuvieron al pendiente de la llegada, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, miniMarket cerca. Un hermoso lugar para disfrutar en pareja o sola! Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí. ”

“The hardest part was finding the place then getting in the door. Security Is obviously highly prioritised. The apartment was lovely, well stocked with everything you need to stay. Very clean and in good working order. Great balcony overlooking the surrounds and the lights at night were great”

“Muy tranquilo el encargado muy axcesible y el ascensor no tenia que esperar mucho tiempo muy limpio el edificio y los alrededores tambien todo dentro del apartamento estaba limpio y funcionaba. Very quiet the manager was very accessible and the elevator did not have to wait a long time very clean the building and the surrounding area as well everything inside the apartment was clean and working.”

“The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. Traffic noise in the morning but nothing crazy loud in my opinion. “Very convenient to historic Cuenca via tranvia (inexpensive electric cable car) and only a 2 block walk to a very good. large grocery store where there are also a few casual eating, pharmacy, clothing, etc shops. A walk into town is only 15-20 minutes for a good walker.2 large bedrooms, kitchen, dining and desk/internet area. LOVE the full-size washer & dryer just off the kitchen and all kitchen appliances work. Plenty of warm covers on each bed, necessary because like many Cuenca homes, there……
