“Loved staying here! The manager was super nice and greeted us with a warm welcome. Everyone at this boutique hotel was well trained and hospitable. The view from our room was incredible and I can't wait to come back to visit this hotel as well as the Cloud Forest again!”

“Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus……

“Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!”
