“First, we went on the Waco tour, and this house is a stop on the tour. So it was fun hearing about the house before we stayed inside. And then, once inside, we watched Fixer Upper, S1 Ep 2 and that made the house come to life! It's definitely worth staying here, especially if you're a fan of the show. See the shiplap up close! Charmaine was quick to respond to my questions regarding check in and check out.”

“This is one of the best rentals I have stayed in. The house and property are lovely. The home had everything we needed … and more. So many extra touches - plenty of towels, coffee bar supplies, fully equipped kitchen. There were other nice touches like Kleenexes, make up wipes , cotton swabs etc. The decorations are great. Very spacious. Lots of great games for kids as well. The mattresses are quite firm, but we all really enjoyed our stay. There were 10 of us. ”

“We had a great stay! The location and unit were fantastic—freshly remodeled with nice amenities. It felt modern and well-equipped, which we really appreciated. The stairs might be a bit challenging for older guests, and the beds, while supportive futon-style, could benefit from firmer pillows—just a small note from someone with physical limitations. One minor issue we noticed was that the shower faucet seemed to be reversed (H was cold, C was hot). The unit was a little warm at times, but……
