“Early airport shuttle was great!”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Room was great - loved the high ceilings which were unexpected. Wish the lighting in the room was warm toned, but not a huge deal. I couldn’t figure out the thermostat. I kept setting the temperature but it wouldn’t stay. I also wish the fan worked all night as I find it hard to sleep without white noise. Staff was awesome!!”

“We loved our stay at Populus! This is a gorgeous, modern hotel! We stayed in a standard King with our small dog, which was admittedly a bit cozy, but it was very comfortable! I really appreciated that there were bowls with a plastic mat, and a dog bed in the room, along with a personalized card recommending dog friendly places to go in Denver!
