“We were locked out upon arrival and could not reach the host. Speaking via a Vrbo agent, he agreed to reimburse us for the taxi and the roach motel we put our family in the first night. Despite sending the receipts, we still have not seen the $123.21. ”

The house was spacious and well appointed such that we could cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen, sleep comfortable in a house with a fully operational HVAC system, and park our car without fear of vandalism.
