It is conveniently located in the Northeast Heights neighborhood, within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants.My son and I stayed there for three days while visiting friends and family. We chose this house because of its excellent reviews and overall score. The house looked exactly as described, and we would definitely recommend it. We look forward to staying there again on future trips.”

“Eight of us travelled from San Diego to attend a friend’s wedding at the Sandia Resort and we could not have chosen a more perfect VRBO home for our 4-night getaway. The home is spacious, clean, functional, and tucked away in a safe, gated community. The pool, hot tub, BBQ, and pool table were all big hits. We made scrumptious meals in the large, well appointed kitchen. We all felt like we were at a high end resort. Highly recommended for vacations in the North Albuquerque area.”

“Place was nice & in a gated community. Key was available making easy entry convenient . Host was readily available for communication. Perfect size for our family. Easy access to interstate .Beds were comfortable w/ plenty of clean towels. Nice to have 2 seating areas downstairs . Perhaps only thing, in my opinion, that might improve would be a sectional or sleeper sofa. And a binder or QR codes/menus of local nearby restaurant recommendations would be a nice bonus. Very happy with our stay .……

“This condo is a gem. The host communicated with us throughout the process and our initial impression of the interior was warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean! My family was visiting from out-of-state so spent most of their daytime hours at my home, which is close by. Thus, they did little to no cooking nor used the home's amenities. There were a few issues, which the host either addressed or attempted to address, including a clogged toilet (no plunger……
