“Was a wonderful hotel everybody was friendly. The automatic text messages to see if you were enjoying your stay was a cool feature. At first arrival it took us a minute to find the hotel. We seen Meijer’s & thought I put the wrong address in, whole time the hotel is next to Meijer’s. Which is an added plus I might save. Will be booking again here soon”

“My husband and I have traveled all around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels of all time. The attention to detail is incredible, and the staff is amazing. The hotel itself is not only a piece of history but a work of art. I would go back to Cincinnati again simply to stay here. Oh, and to top it off, the restaurant is one of the best we've ever been to as well. The brussel sprouts are out of this world, as is the butternut squash risotto. “Very pleasant night stay. The only hiccup we had was one of the keys wouldn't work and had to be fixed. Very minor issue and the hotel clerk was very nice and helpful. ”

“The bed covers/sheets had some spots and stains but everything else was clean and well prepared. ”
