Nice but has downfalls
"The hotel was beautiful, beds were comfortable, rooms were very big. The property was modern and once you are inside, it is safe. All of the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The underground parking is so expensive ($35) and if you have a bigger vehicle (we have a ZR2) it is extremely difficult ..."

"Absolutely comfortable place to accommodate. Room is big, bed is comfortable, plus they are pet friendly. Just next to a mall, grocery and many restaurants nearby. They have front office open from 7am-11pm, so feel safety. Staff are friendly too."

"We had an event in the Grande Room. Maria Carmen, Camille and John were all very helpful and efficient. Calvin prepared delicious food. Our guests were delighted. We stayed 2 nights. It wasn’t the cleanest room but housekeeping listened to our concerns. Staff were very nice."
