“Really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a nice location and very clean. Hosts made the process as seamless as possible.”

“Owner says built in 2023 and it looks it. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again. ”

“The house was plenty large enough for our family group and had great communal space for gathering, meals, games. The setting was lovely- water views, playground for kids and pool. The outside spaces needed clean up- we had to clean all outside furniture before using and some of the cushions were not usable. Though we did not opt to have the pool heated we were not expecting it to be dirty and unusable at all. Perhaps the seasonal clean up has not been done? I would also suggest toilets be……

“We enjoyed a few of the amenities and the peacefulness of being in the woods! Thankfully the others renting this weekend where quiet because the rentals were so close to each other. We were only able to enjoy the trails the first day before it rained and got muddy. It would be nice if the trails had some gravel on them so you could enjoy them in any weather. It was great to be able to have our dogs with us! Since it was nice if because as close together ”

“We had a wedding Saturday evening and were able to check in hours beforehand to allow us plenty of time to get ready. The children(8,13,14) loved the house, all of the games, the antiques, and the adventures outside. It was like they were able to travel back in time, enjoying some of the small things we were able to when we were younger. Check in was very easy, we received a message right after booking with code and directions to get to the cabin. We also had a chocolate lab with us who loved……

“I feel like so often the descriptions for things are misleading! People use language to describe things in a better light than they actually are. This was NOT the case with this stay. Everything was delightful, above and beyond. Things were beautiful, clean, and intentional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were super accommodating. If my husband and I ever get a night or two away from our kids again, we will surely be back! ”

“We loved this little cottage, the peaceful surroundings, the nature & the amazing hospitality from the hosts. They were incredible helping us turn around a large uhaul and trailer, making sure we were able to safely get out the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“Family travelled to gather for a funeral, and this was the perfect place! We had plenty of rooms/beds for everyone, the kitchen was amazing, appreciated the crib and fence around the pool for the baby, the guest house was perfect for people wanting to stay up later and hang out, the hosts were very accommodating and had lots of coffee pods, kids enjoyed the scooters and playing outside on property despite the rain. Lovely place for friends and family to gather for a special time. Thank you!”
