“From the moment you enter the area and pull up to the cottage, you know you made the right choice. You can tell this property has been recently updated with care. Everything looks new or almost new. There is a private King bedroom with master bathroom, 2 good size queen bedrooms with a couple of pull outs. The queen bedrooms are close to a second bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious, the dining room is cozy and the kitchen has everything you would want for a trip like this. This……

“Everything was as described. From check in to check out. We had a few question prior to booking, that were answered promptly. And we had a problem with a door while we were there and it was taken care of that day. Cottage had everything we needed. Lake was good for our grandkids and fishing was good for the fisherman. Very good people to rent from. Thank you again for making our stay good. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! This is an old-school cottage with a few upgrades that make it feel comfortable and clean. We loved being right on the water and the availability of kyaks for an additonal fee. We enjoyed swimming here too but water shoes are helpful. This cottage is on an island, which is part of the charm, but make sure you bring everything you need--it's not easy to run to the store. For that reason, it would be nice if they stocked more basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper,……

“Great summer cottage! We were in the area for a wedding on the lake and it was the perfect set up. Agree with other guests to bring water shoes. The lake is amazing but does have a rocky bottom near the shoreline. House had plenty of room for our party of 7. Nice pier and we were able to rent a pontoon boat and tie off. Thanks again :)”

“My family of four and another family of 5 just completed a weekend getaway using this rental. We loved the location right on the river and enjoyed Congolese, sitting on the deck, and just taking in the river views. Our teenage kids loved their own space in the basement. We took a day and enjoyed exploring South Bend, an easy 30 minute drive away. Mancino’s Pizza about 5 minutes from the house is delicious and highly recommended! We had a small issue with the AC, but it was turned into a……
