“Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all.”

“The hotel isn't really ready to receive people, we were told that we were not booked when arrived at the hotel, even though we showed them our paid reservation reference and email, they said that they only accept bookings from Expedia and haven’t heard of Hotels. Com, so we should pay again, I refused to pay and showed them the details and payment. This made the check in really long, because the director of the hotel had to be convinced that the website really existed. Luckily the daughter……
