“It was horrible from Expedia hotels.com not to communicate booking details to the property wven though my booking was fully paid. They tried to put me in a small room and demanded money for the room at checkout. They showed a expedia voucher for INR 7257 and told me that it was not paid by Expedia. Hotels.com sold the room to me for INR 8878 and took the payment from me.”
