“Staff were so rude and not helpful at all. When we asked for the extension of our stay we were asked to pay almost double the price. Price was reduced after the long bargain. Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. .”

“Choose this hotel cause we had check in last year,Very impressive,Near by the airport,Free airport pick up service,spacious /clean room,Good airconditioner,Free breakfast,More local food,we only can choose toast bread and fried ege,Recommended add more western food.We got a lot of profession service from porter,front desk,house keeping,very friendly,Thanks for Mr airi ,Manoj,Yasos.We will back next year,Hope to see you again.”

“I usually dont trust hotels under this chain but booked last minute without much option , i know it won't be fantastic but didn't expect such a terrible experience. Room not cleaned at all and smell very bad. Booked with breakfast but they are not offering breakfast. Hotel.com should investigate properly before adding such a hotel.”

“The sheets and pillow cases in the room were stained. The room was having mold issues. The commode in the restroom is moving. Very poorly maintained property. I’m surprised that Expedia is not making sure the pictures of the properties listed on the site don’t match the rooms and the hotel. ”

“Very clean and well maintained. Once we got overt the check in confusion, everything was perfect. Comfy clean room, good restaurant food, the access road was terrible due to construction - but that is not the hotels fault. Great place to stay. ”
