埃及的公寓酒店

“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！”

“Very nice place to stay for vacation if you like to be close to Sheraton street. The beach which you can go to is great. Also the pool on the rooftop. We felt very safe and welcome.”

“Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed.”

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une superbe vue dégagée sur la Vallée des Rois et les montgolfières qui s’envolent au lever du soleil : un spectacle magnifique à observer chaque matin. Une literie moderne et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct, similaire à ce que nous avons pu voir dans d’autres établissements de la région. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant, mais la piscine est bien entretenue et le personnel toujours souriant et……
