“This was the perfect hotel for our trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro.”

“Si requiere algunas reformas, al menos en la regadera de nuestra habitación. Seria conveniente colocar algun aislamiento en azotea ya que se transmite mucho calor y solo cuantas con ventiladores que de pronto no son suficientes.”

“Omg. It was amazing. Pepe at our service at all times. The house is roomy and well kept. Hacienda architecture with beautiful details put into the homes decore. We were referred to a Juan Carlos that was at our service driving us around. Highly recommend this gem. Maria always available for any questions. ”

“Todo bien, solo estaría bien que consideraran colocar Minisplits ya que no cuenta con clima y la habitación se sofoca. Y el valet si mal servicio nos dejaron esperando una hora cuando nos dijeron que en 30min. Y no hay donde esperar tuvimos que irnos lejos y era de madrugada y todavía nos cobraron.”

“Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo”

“I like the convenience to the Parroquia and other places. It might be too quiet at times, but if that's what you need and like then this is the place. Kudos to Fabiola the awesome lady that cooks in the morning she is so sweet! The lady that cleans your room is very nice and the gentleman that cleans the grounds on the property. There is 1 thing I didn't appreciate from Roberto the guy at the front desk is the lack of empathy and transparency when I asked for prices on transportation from……
