The home is very spacious and comfortable for small to large groups and perfectly located! “Great spot for a couple with an outdoor deck facing the lake. We enjoyed propane fire on the deck and listening to the wildlife in the evenings. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within 10 miles. Suggest going to Historic Folsom, which is about a 10 minute drive.”

“The property is very clean and well-stocked with necessities. The only downside is that there are steep stairs to get to the unit, which I'm sure is fine for younger tenants, but for two disabled seniors who have just driven 8 hours, it was a lot to face upon arrival! I've reviewed the listing again and don't see any mention of the stairs, so I thought I'd mention it here. Other than the stairs, we had an excellent stay and would recommend it to others.”

“The house was just as described. Very clean inside and out and the backyard was beautifully blooming in the spring time.
