“We were trying to cancel the rest of our reservation after the first day, VRBO did nothing and the property manager did not even have the decency to contact us back. I felt like the linens were not even properly washed, there were stains on the couch. You can also hear everything your neighbours do not to mention the front of the apartment is a restaurant patio so absolutely no privacy. The window shades were completely see through we had to put a blanket over top to stop people from seeing……

“Hemos estado en gral confortables. La calefacción, los baños y la limpieza impecables. La cocina y el salón cómodos aunque la mesa resulta estrecha para nueve habitantes. “The location of the apartment is perfect to all things in Madrid. The bed is very firm and the pillows were flat. The bathroom seemed upgraded, but could not sit on the toilet without knees touching vanity. The keys were tricky and took time to learn how to use correctly. I did appreciate the washer. ”
