“Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben jeden Tag genossen. Carlos war ein sehr sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber!!! Vieln Dank für Alles!Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Mit Pool, Garten, Terrasse und Grill ist alles da, was man für entspannte Abende nach einem Tag in Madrid braucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotdem sind Restaurants, Supermarkt, eine empfehlenswerte französiche Bäckerei, eine kleine aber feine Eisdiele und der Bus nach Madrid nur 5 min Fußweg……

“La entrada a las instalaciones ha sido rápida y fácil. Las habitaciones bien equipadas y los baños igual. Recomendaríamos mejorar la limpieza en cuanto a arañas pero por el resto todo bien. En general muy buena experiencia y recomendaríamos totalmente la experiencia ”

“This was our first visit to Spain and our first rental of 4 for this trip. We were surprised that the kitchen was not stocked with any basics like you would see in an American VRBO, but after all the rest of the rentals in Spain, we realize that is a norm, so we adapted. This rental was very clean, very comfortable and the only one that had a combo washer/dryer instead of just a washer. It was located very well for us- a short drive from the Madrid airport. The area is picturesque and a fun……

“Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it! The home was literally a sweat box and extremely uncomfortable. Thirdly, the pool was dirty and garden furniture all ripped and tatty. However, the deciding vote that had our whole……

“Siempre que depositas todas tus esperanzas en un plan, te asaltan las mismas dudas:¿ será como lo anuncian o te llevarás la decepción?¿Funcionará bien el agua caliente o la cisterna del baño?Quizás la calefacción no esté a la altura o la ubicación será un problema oculto...Pero resulta que todo funciona bien, la casa calentita, la cisterna perfecta y la ubicación, justo lo que buscabas.Parece fácil, pero no lo es.Requiere esfuerzo y dedicación para mantener el nivel.Y eso es lo que hacen Joaquín……
