“Debbie was fantastic to talk with. She kept us up to date on everything and check in was so easy. The house was perfect for our family of four, we loved all of the provided beach equipment. The house was clean and recently updated. The location was perfect and only a few stops away from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“Our family has made several trips to Vinice over the last few years from the east coast of Florida and this stay didn’t disappoint. We found the home to be a nice open layout and got great use of the pool. Very close to grocery and located not far from any beach. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood as well. ”

“This was one of our favorite stays EVER. You have the paradise of the Bay on one side and the beach on the other! We fished off the dock and caught tons of catfish. Then by simply crossing the beach road, we entered the beach and the water was turquoise and the temperature of bath water! We found so many shark teeth and beautiful shells. One of my fav things to do every day was to hop on the bicycle and stroll down the beach road admiring the beautiful homes and the lizards scuttling by. Evan……

“We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! We drove up to Manasota beach as well to look……

“Smooth check-in, nice home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to spreadout. Nice washer and dryer (we just used dryer for beach towels and swimsuits) so convenient! Screened in pool was very refreshing in 95 degree days, kids loved it. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.”

“I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!”

“Condo is directly on the beach with direct access. The entrance is a little hidden so be aware when looking for it when using a gps. ”
