“Great place to stay short walk to Downtown and Medina. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day and toiletries and towels refreshed . WiFi was good and 24h reception . Large rooms only a 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, close to the tram station supermarket next door , launderette and many other amenities on the same road. Very friendly staff honestly couldn't ask for more. ”

“In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. ”

“入住時間與網路登記時間差距太多 在大廳等了超久的時間 其餘的還算可以 只是沒有冰箱、吹風機也不方便 廁所衛生紙也沒補充 如果這些能改善就可以了”

“Good stay. I arrived in first week of May. Room I paid for was Junior suite. Only problem was it had no ac or fan options, as they said it is not summer yet and they are in winter months? Temperature was around 20 at night and 24-26 during the day. Things maybe out of their control: Lots of noise too because it was Saturday night and another hotel nearby had a rooftop bar which was playing loud music. I requested room change which was done quickly, and now I was on the road side … 5/6 am……

“The reception lady always with a poker face and very arrogant. The room was not clean, especially the bed sheet was very dirty. The room service call can never been connected, nobody was answering the call. ”

“The hotel staff was nice but the bed has bed bug they had to change me to another room. I will not recommend it to anyone I did not had good sleep after I found out the bed bug even they change me to another room.”
