“The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. “My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!”

“Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park.
