“Amazing property location, even for it being a 2 unit house. It was nice to have 2 fridges, coffee makers, twice as many dishes and cookware, many bathrooms to choose from, washer and dryer easily accessible in both units, etc etc. Really nice to have the downstairs unit because was perfect to separate the kids so they can sleep. Super quiet too. It also made it easier access for bathroom runs when out on the beach. I loved how the house provided all beach accessories and needs. From toys, to……

“This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked……

“We had a very peaceful and lovely stay. The check-in was very simple with very clear instructions. All you need is provided as well as a comfortable bed. The camper, the weather and the nearby creek provided the experience I was looking for. Camping in Ojai as a kid is one of my fondest memories and this space helped me relive those memories beautifully. The adjacent patio area was definitely a plus. Sitting under the gazebo and taking in nature was what my weary sould needed. ”

The guests love it and the privacy it affords them that they wouldn’t have if they slept on our home-office couch :) Danielle delivers and takes away the camper with such ease each time, and we love the fresh citrus she brings our guests from her home. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook……
