It’s quiet, with stargazing opportunities, and rambles around the rural, artsy neighborhood. The host makes a great neighbor..friendly but not intrusive. We’d go back in a second! ”

“We happened to hit a snowstorm just right and had a great weekend skiing at Sipapu. Our hosts had a nice cozy fire going for us when we got there, and they even gave us some tokens for discounts at one of the wineries nearby.One little piece of advice - cell service is pretty bad up there, so be sure to have the door code saved somewhere, because you may not be able to pull up the app. The wifi works great though, once you get in!”

“Amazing place to vacation if you want to get away from cities! There were some hiccups at check-in but the owner was very communicative and we were able to resolve the issue. The location is quite remote so you need to cook all your meals, but the kitchen is really well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. Be aware that the fireplace is the only heating source of the house. We visited in mid-October so it was not an issue, especially with the thick comforter and extra blankets they……

“It’s a pretty isolated property. Lots of peace and serenity. The kids did dogs and s’mores after building a campfire. If you have a Tesla this probably isn’t the best place. Taos does not have a supercharger and the closest one is in Sante Fe. Actually I would stay away from Taos all together if you have a Tesla. Other than that ( it’s not the property fault) the place was great. Had a neat hiking trail, fire pit, some neat art work in the typical New Mexico vibe. If you love nature this is a……

“We had 5 adults traveling as a family. 2 couples and our daughter. It would've been nice to have a 3rd bed for her versus a couch. We were close enough to Taos for skiing and to Ojo Caliente for soaking up the hot springs. The area is quiet and the home is spacious.”

“We had a great time at Francis home. It is very close to Ojo Calient! We spent Christmas there and she had it set up and decorated for us so it's very nice! Quiet and pleasant. Just what we needed! Thank you!”

“If you needed a place to relax and just breathe in good clean air, this is the place, very intimate and Zen, thank you And you are close to nothing, but that is the beauty of the place.”

“Well stocked house, everything we needed was there. Great communications with the host and she add points of interest not on any searches! Clean and nicely decorated, like being at home. There is a 200 yard road that is a bit rough if in a smaller car, but it is passable.”
