“Property was just as described. Clean and well stocked. River in back yard is great and so peaceful. Only complaint is that there is futon beds which is great but no extra blankets at least we couldnt find any would be nice to include some. They do warn about a sensitive well system which is great but sensitive does mean sensitive we got a short shower and a small load of dishes and we were out of water for a bit. “We loved our stay at the Lake View Domes. Marie allowed all the privacy we needed but was a friendly face if we had questions or needed help. The views in the day were outstanding and always changing with the weather. The patio had seating to gaze across the valley towards Abiquiu and the lake. It was all we really needed! Our dog Odie was welcomed with open arms and hiking was available from the property. Perfect place for quiet and contemplation, we would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you……

“It’s a pretty isolated property. Lots of peace and serenity. The kids did dogs and s’mores after building a campfire. If you have a Tesla this probably isn’t the best place. Taos does not have a supercharger and the closest one is in Sante Fe. Actually I would stay away from Taos all together if you have a Tesla. “The view from this property outweighs any minor inconveniences. It is the most spectacular vista right outside your doorstep. The kitchen worked well, but I do suggest bringing some salt despite a full array of other spices and seasonings. The outdoor shower looked fun and adventurous; however, it did not work. So, the large bathtub had to do! Overall, this was an amazing stay. Highly recommend if you want to connect with nature and be in absolute solitude.”
