“The place was AWESOME. The front porch has 4 chairs and pillows to sit and have your morning coffee.. that’s what we did! The dinning room is exquisite! With amazing colors on the walls and curtains it brings you back in time. There was a full length mirror in the that helps when getting ready to go out on the town! The conversation pit is awesome. The house is spacious and the host was accessible. We felt like the check out time was too early compared to other places that we had stayed during our travels. ”

“This cute house was amazing! Had everything you could think of from the kitchen to the bathroom (B&BW products a definite plus!) Only "negatives" are there's no dishwasher & there's no curtains on the full glass backdoor, kitchen window & partial glass front door. No worries though as we covered each one during our stay & washed to few dishes we used by hand. Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to return!”

“The home is really charming and roomy. The furniture, although dated, takes you right back to the 70's. Kitchen table leg is cracked. Internet never worked. Need to clean mirror's and rugs in bathroom and bedroom. Refrigerator needs a good cleaning. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay!!! ”

“We stayed for a long weekend to visit family in Evansville. The place was exactly as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Fridge is really cold! Wifi worked great. The neighborhood is a mix of cute little well maintained bungalows, with some that could use some TLC. Good location with easy assess to Diamond. Will definitely stay again!”

“Needed a place to stay while we visited our parents nearby. Easy in and out. Only comment would be: it was nice to have coffee. QUALITY of coffee was kinda meh. At least it had caffeine ”

“Not a bad house. Easily accessible. Good communication with property manger. A couple things to consider:- Needs to have a solution for trash. We couldn’t find anything outside, and the trash from previous tenants were left in the house. Maybe we’re missing something?- A/C window units definitely need attention, the filters were completely full of dust. It didn’t take me very long to clean the filters. Would recommend adding that to the list when making ready the unit. Takes about 5 min.Overall……
