“We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was perfect distance to our activities, and had a variety of things to do at the resort that were wonderful for the evenings when our days ended. Pool was loud but fun, the arcade was a huge hit, and while the mini golf course was closed, they made up for it by allowing us to use a sister resort extremely close by, which was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.A couple of complaints. I wish check in didn't absolutely require talking with……

“The location was fantastic for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very sparse, but the necessities were available. The king bed did not have a fitted bottom sheet; just a flat sheet that was too small and tucked in. The washing machine did not drain properly. It took a long time for the water in the showers to warm up. The front desk made it seem like a sales meeting was required, even after I declined twice. But the apartment was very nice. Everyone was comfortable.……

“Property was kept up very well and had a lot to do for relaxation after our trips to Busch Gardens. ”

“Checkin was lengthy but the resort has so much for everyone to do and was actually clean! It’s rare I feel like a property is clean to my standards. So I was impressed. We’ll certainly be back.”

“The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. ”

“Very nice property, close to everything ”

“I found the unit I rented to be very comfortable and in excellent condition. Infortunately Colonial Williamsburg has really diminished it's commitment to being a "living" museum experience. We were looking forward to a Colonial Christmas but we found little to create the feeling we had been promised by the advertisements.”
