“I had a phenomenal stay! The service was exceptional. The rooms were a good size and I loved having the tub. The restaurant being in the lobby was super convenient. The pool was huge and served as a good source of entertainment and enjoyment. You can’t beat being 6 minutes away from the parks. Before we left, my husband made me promise that this will be the way we visit Busch Gardens from now on. We will happily return. ”

“You can't beat the location if you are visiting Busch Gardens! Literally minutes away! It was so nice to be able to easily go back and rest during the day. The condo is just as described and in great condition. Owner very responsive to messages. Well kept, clean, and quiet! Perfect for families!”

“My husband and I spent a few nights here for our 10 year anniversary. The resort was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed, the dining options, and the pool behind the spa. The river pool was a bit too crowded with children for us so we stayed away from that. The Mill was a great place for breakfast and lunch, and we enjoyed dinner at The James River Grille twice. Great food, great service and live music one night. The room could have been a bit cleaner in my opinion. We……

“The management is clearly spending money to try and update this facility. The location is great for historical sites and the parks. I look forward to coming back in the future to see the improvements, but for this summer, you have to tamper your expectations.”

“The bed was comfortable. People in room above me were jumping around making noise for awhile. Had to use toilet paper for Kleenex. Then found what I thought was Kleenex and it was napkins. Had the necessary furniture for a comfortable stay. Would have liked carpeting. TV was good. Had the necessary amenities.”
