“The best rental experience we’ve ever had. This amazing houseboat is very beautiful with bountiful windows that give you spectacular views of the Harbour. Exceptionally clean with great amenities and very elegant sheets. The nighttime and morning views are special and make you not want to leave. Well appointed kitchen and beautiful bathroom with a great walkin shower! Highly recommend this beautiful houseboat and can’t wait to return on a future trip to Baltimore! “This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“I should have known it was too good to be true. I booked this on Feb. 6 2025 for a stay in March, the 11th through the 16th. I never received any information or communication from the property before our stay, as on the sight I was supposed to get an email 72 hours before arrival. They were not available the night we got there, at midnight, so we had to find another place to stay. The next morning I called the phone number to the property. I was told they would find my reservation and call me……

“The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say……

“I highly recommend this property if you’re visiting the Baltimore area. Very spacious for myself, my husband and our 4 kids. Lorraine checked in on us every other day and Mr. Derrick made sure everything was in order upon our arrival.”
