We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

I purposely did not want carpeting (I have terrible alergies) which is why I selected this VIVO apartment. The apartment I got was not even in the same building and all the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom were carperted.……
