“My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! ”

“What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. ”

“Badet,da spesielt sluk bør oppgraderes.Renhold på bad bør bli bedre.Vanskelig å kommunisere med renholderne da de ikke snakker engelsk.Basseng bør rengjøres mer.Utenom dette er hotellet fantastisk.De ansatte er høflige,maten er generelt sett bra og flotte uteområder. “Bra hotell lite utanför själva partycentralen. Tryggt och säkert men slitet. Min balkong hade hotellets AC-aggregat utanför så ljudnivån var allt annat än angenäm. Bra men lite enformig mat. Mycket trevlig personal som tog väl hand om gästerna. (Bortsett från badvakten/Handdukskillen som var sjukt otrevlig.) Om man gillar All inclusive så är det ett bra hotell. Orten som sådan är otroligt turistig. Det finns bara massa hotell, barer och turistshoppar som säljer märkeskopior. I övrigt får man ge……

“I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day……
