“Great combination of a microbrewery, restaurant and comfortable accommodation ”

“We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay……

“Das war bisher meine teuerste Unterkunft in Südafrika für einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt. Leider hatten die einen Wasserschaden, also war die Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar. Morgens öffnete ich den Vorhang und der Bauarbeiter stand mir gegenüber. Das hat die auch nicht weiter gestört, dass ein Gast da war. Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt vermiest. Ich kann nur abraten, zu teuer und man hat immer ein ganz beklemmendes Gefühl. ”

“Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable.
