“Outstanding service, communication, property, location, amenities. Owner April is top tier. We are already planning our return. Loved our sea tour with Rubin, and land tour. Our Fam of four felt pampered at this property, and the beauty of Spanish Wells was breathtaking. God’s splendor on display. Can’t wait till next year!!”

“House location was great, but of course you’re not far from anything on Spanish Wells. The beach view, the back deck and the beach itself is phenomenal. Could not ask for a better beach, especially at low tide with a huge sandbar out in front. The layout of the home is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every day. Would definitely go back. Also a shout out to Captain Roy for a great day of sightseeing on the ocean and Captain Underwood for great……

“John has a great spot to stay that is clean, well equipped, close to the beach, town and airport. Nice setup plus he has his own car rental which makes the travels less stressful. John is a great communicator and has all the processes down to a science. Highly recommend. ”

“NOT a resort. But, a wonderful location with beautiful views. Bring your own foodstuffs. Including salt and pepper…not going to find it here. WiFi was intermittent, power went off our first day here for three hours. Very close to Governor’s Harbour and GH airport.”

“This was our second stay on the property and will stay again in the future. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach and the house is perfectly set up for two people. The beach is largely private. Host communicates very well and property is clean and well cared for. Access to washer and dryer is also very nice.”

“Location, location, location! Unbelievable location! It was so calming to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing. Charming little cottage with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with Mark, the host. The only negative is not about the home itself, but rather the island as a whole. Businesses open and close as they please. No consistent business hours. While there, we tried 3 different restaurants for dinner. None of them were……

“We had an amazing stay at High Seas ! Right from the get go the communication with Jackie was comforting genuine. The location high over the Atlantic gave you great views of passing Cruise Ships with the sounds of crashing waves that added to your morning coffee on the deck. The constant breeze kept the noseeums away at night allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space after sunset. Beds were both kings and comfortable and bedrooms were very large.
