“A great place for family to gather! Lots of room for kids and adults. I brought food in, everything I needed was there to prepare meals. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much for your hospitality. ”

When we weren’t exploring, we spent a lot of time in the party room, playing bean bags, by the fire pit, and sitting in the hammocks. The items that were supplied were excellent to make our own food. “We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house.”

“Chris was very responsive and always had an open line of communication with us. The house was a little dated and creaky, but insanely charming and cozy! The only thing I will note (and may have missed in the listing) is the AC for the house is just two window units upstairs, but it still remained nice and cool throughout the house while we were there and did not cause us any issues!”
