“This was a very nice one bedroom apartment. We were there for appointments with Mayo Clinic. Apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the patio area where we could sit outside on nice days. Was relaxing to listen to the birds singing and see all the turkeys and wildlife wander past. Host Greg was very kind and helpful. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. And did all he could to make our stay relaxing. ”

“For us, it’s the perfect place to stay while attending medical visits at Mayo Clinic. Nice to come ‘home’, after a busy day, to a place that feels like home and has everything that we need.”

“My daughter had Mayo visits for a liver transplant. This home was the perfect choice. This clean cozy home gave 4 adults and a 3 year old a restful place to stay between her appointments while still allowing the 3 year old space to play”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The open, expansive view of the river was exactly what I needed as a break. Some great decisions were made about furnishings, like the table in the sunroom and the one on the deck. The double glass windows do a lot to muffle the train noise. We've stayed along these tracks before and this was definitely the quietest. Everything was clean and in excellent working order EXCEPT the bathtub/shower drain. It really breaks up the ambiance to have to stand in……
