First of all, the location of this house was very beautiful. We looked out over a golf course with lovely views of Grand Lake. I sometimes wondered if anyone else lived on the block because there was a little traffic so close to town. The house was more than exceptional when it came to communication and letting himself be available at any time to speak with.
