“Very hospitable. Lots of games, videos, and everything cooking related available. Some of the items are in need of repair. Neither TV worked (batteries could have been dead in remotes) but the nearby National forest kept us plenty occupied! ”

“My husband and I took our 3 sons ( 22 years old and twins that are 19). The cabin was perfect! It was very hot outside while we were there ( between 92-95 degrees every day but the AC kept up great and I was thankful for that! They have put a lot of wonderful touches and finishes on this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the son porch that overlooked the river. We also loved the fire pit in the evenings. The cabin was even better in person than in photos. The mercantile store……

“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot near Shawnee National Park! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful setting made for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights was getting a tour of the owner's small working farm—we loved meeting the animals and learning more about the property. She also gave us some great hiking recommendations that led us to some amazing trails we might have otherwise missed.We’re already looking forward to coming back when the pool is open and the……

“The cabin, location and owner were great during our Turkey hunting trip. We had plenty of room for ten guys. Owner was great and responded immediately when we reached out. Found out the owner also owns Shotgun Eddie’s, which had excellent food and cold drinks. We will be returning and would highly recomend. ”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at Pine Ridge for a weekend in May. Everything about our stay was delightful. The hot tub was amazing and relaxing. The only issues we had were the TV and the lack of foil and containers to put left over food in. The TV just wouldn't connect to the internet. ”
