“Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. ”

“Overall, the stay was wonderful. Lorraine was a great host who was always quick to respond, house was as described, and check-in and check-out was simple. One of my friends accidentally left a bag and Lorraine notified us right away. Thank you again for being such a great host and for the little birthday touch. ”

“The property is beautiful. The Villa is HUGE and amazing. The garbage disposal had to be replaced and put the kitchen off limits. The next day the dishwashers spewed water out of the vent and could not be used. We had hired a chef for that nights dinner. ”

“The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. Bedroom fan was slow and……

“We had a wonderful stay in El Dorado Hills. The property is beyond fully equipped. It offers amazing views of Folsom Lake facing west for nice sunsets and the home neighborhood is great for walking to the nearby parks. We had lots of nice wildlife around including deer, peacocks and hawks flying at eye level. The owners provided a very clean space, updated appliances to cook and a very warm welcome to a great space. I would highly recommend this VRBO. ”

“Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. ”

“The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. ……
