“All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return……

“Sweet, cozy cottage that included everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Close to downtown, movie theater, restaurants. Will book and stay again when we come to visit family again.”

“Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”

“The house is small but comfortable. Basic necessities and all that. The problem was we showed up in the middle of a heatwave and there were zero fans or AC on. We specifically made sure to book places with AC because we knew it would be hot. The house was 91 degrees when we arrived. At 11 pm it was down to 84 degrees. Basically impossible to sleep.”

“Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Folsom and the home played a big role. It was well laid out, clean, well supplied, and very centrally located to the places in town we wanted to see. There are a lot of great places to eat and trails to walk on, a short walking distance from the home. The owners provided helpful information before our stay and checked in to make sure things were going ok. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. “Kim went out of her way to make us feel welcome, She typed a special message for us wishing us a happy anniversary. Kim baked us blueberry, banana crunch, zucchini muffins and Lincoln blood red pies, she also made double chocolate chip and Praline biscotti’s. Everything was yummy. She gave us a wonderful tour of her home and all of the wonderful amazing antiques. Her collection spans across seven generations and many other collectibles my husband and I found very interesting.
