“Our son attends UCSD on a baseball scholarship. His first Division 1 baseball game took place at the University of the Pacific, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from our home. We stayed at the Zen Den with family and friends and enjoyed the down time between games very much. Everything was comfortable and clean and beautiful. The area is wonderful, wide streets and charming mid century homes abound the neighborhood and driving around was fun and nostalgic.We will definitely return. ”

“The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). “For our quick business, pleasure and medical visits this property served us well. Very quaint and the location was perfect. I will consider this property again on our next visit however a few things could make a really good experience a really great one. A clean bbq with bbq tools, steak knives, no dish pan or dish cloths (no dishwasher so handwashing required which I don't mind but with proper acrutrements)the Back yard is adequate in size but it is all weeds and debris (it could be very cute)……

“Kim went out of her way to make us feel welcome, She typed a special message for us wishing us a happy anniversary. Kim baked us blueberry, banana crunch, zucchini muffins and Lincoln blood red pies, she also made double chocolate chip and Praline biscotti’s. Everything was yummy.
