“We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. ”

“my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. There is a regular size fridge (love it) and anything you need to be able to cook meals there. The yard is safely fenced in and we had our puppy and that worked out great. “Oh my, our stay at Dean's Garage was just amazing! The property is extremely well kept, the kitchen a dream to work in and is very well stocked and organized, everything you need but fresh food! There is a very large TV in the living rooom area, and a great desk area to work at. Do emember your passwords to use on the TV to sign in for apps like Netflicks, Paramont, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more in amenities. It also has its own gated entrance, and a sweet, little sitting area……

“The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). “Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”

“Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. ”

“What a wonderful location on a hill with a stunning view all day the rooms were great and all the amenities were top knotch my were where a huge family ranging from grandkids to grandparents everyone had a blast and didnt want the weekend to end, futhermore the host were so kind and extremely helpful we will be lookimg foward to our next trip”
