“Great value here. The price is so low for what amenities you get. The Hot tub was great after long days of hiking. Definitely looking forward to planning another stay in the future to take advantage of the kayak and canoes available to use.”

The pond off the back of the property is very cold and feeds into spring River (after hiking Small land bridge) which EVENTUALLY feeds into the Deschutes, and is quick to the Besson day use area for pull out. The cart pots in Sunriver area which drive and have great options! ”

“only complaint- at 8-8:30 at night, the front door key system would go through sequence- like someone was trying a code to get in; if that is a routine, done remotely, it would help if that would be explained; it was little unnerving the first night and I was glad I was not alone.”
