“Beautiful property, with enough amenities to keep all ages occupied.”

“The house was in need of a good dusting and kitchen cleaning when we arrived. Also, the stovetop was broken; so we had to do all our cooking on 2 hot plates. The upstairs queen bedroom did not have a curtain on the big window on the door to the porch. Basement bedrooms had a stuffy smell. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious with drawers and closets. Property management always responded quickly. (They did offer to send a cleaning crew out, but we declined.) The river access in the back yard……

“Great value here. The price is so low for what amenities you get. The Hot tub was great after long days of hiking. Definitely looking forward to planning another stay in the future to take advantage of the kayak and canoes available to use.”

“We had a lovely time with friends and family! Loved the property. Great location, only a short drive to the village and easy access to bend. The pond off the back of the property is very cold and feeds into spring River (after hiking Small land bridge) which EVENTUALLY feeds into the Deschutes, and is quick to the Besson day use area for pull out. The cart pots in Sunriver area which drive and have great options! ”

“Perfect house for a group of old friends to reconnect, bike, puzzle, play games, and cook! Can’t say enough about the kitchen! Everything was wonderful, and the location was beautiful! ”
