“Great communication! Looks as if the owners have been working to improve the property. Had everything we needed. If you have allergies to pets, don’t stay as there was fur in the couch and mattresses. Didn’t bother us, but just a helpful heads-up. ”

HyVee market, Caribou and McDonalds were all within walking distance. We found the apartment matched well to the on-line photos. The beds were firm yet comfortable. George was an excellent host and responded to our every needs and inquiries.”

“I had my daughter's sweet 16th birthday party at this property and everyone had an amazing time. The host is super sweet and responsive when I needed an additional kitchen supply while preparing food. The house is amazing and super clean. Had everything we needed for the 2 nights and 2 days we stayed. There was jewelry left behind and I didn't realize it until Florence sent me a message letting me know she found it left behind. When I went to retrieve it she also gave me personal items that she……

“An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. You won’t want to leave. We will definitely be headed back. We can’t say it enough nice things about the place and the hosts. You can tell how much they love the space just by being there. I’m delighted they are sharing that with us through VRBO.”

“The space is nicely decorated and maintained. Unfortunately while we were there in December, we were overrun with ants and asian beetles. We killed hundreds every day. Ant traps were out, but they obviously weren't working. If they're able to get rid of those, it's a solid spot.”
