“My wife and I, along with our 4 children, enjoyed our weekend. Appreciated the location - close to UNI and a very nice/fun downtown. Most of all, the house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend if you are in need of a place in Cedar Falls. ”

“Incredibly spartan unit. No where to put bags, no where to hang any clothes. Kind of a joke…small ironing board with no where to set it up but the bed. That’s all small potatoes compared to the SMOKE SMELL. It is permanent short of a hard core professional remediation. We paid for two nights got in very late on Saturday, left first thing on Sunday. Don’t do it. I can’t understand how they have positive ratings. ”

“I came to town with a conference with some colleagues and we decided to stay here. We were impressed by the cleanliness, and all our needs (towels, shower gel, pots and pans, washer/dryer etc) were met. The beds were comfortable and it was great to sink into the couch and watch tv after a long day. Having two and a half bathrooms was a huge bonus for our group of five when we were getting ready in the morning. The location is great; it’s not too far off the highway, but also within a quiet……

“Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. ”
