“This place is a studio condo on the second floor of a three floor building (meaning there are people above and below you) the condo is pretty standard for vacasa properties: clean and as described but minimally equipped: kitche. was missing some basics (like a cutting board, etc) but still totally functional and as described in the listing. i would note that the fireplace was out of order and while it’s. it listed as a vrbo amenity it is still in the photos and property description the condo……

Would be nice to have all information in one place inside the unit, instead of info about the fireplace in one spot and the WiFi in another spot and the parking tag on another, etc. We would stay again. “We loved staying here! Spacious, organized, and very clean. Michael was very communicative and professional. The only downside is parking - there’s only one parking pass available so if you have multiple vehicles, you will need to park them 10 minutes away overnight. Other than that, I highly recommend!”

“Beautifully renovated condo in Elkhorn. My family of 6 stayed here 3 nights while visiting gorgeous Sun Valley. We wish we stayed longer! Plenty of space for us. Visited the Elkhorn Village pool and pickleball courts. Both great, just be sure to check the hours. The pickleball court hours differed according to the day. Loved all the bike/walking paths to get to Sun Valley and Ketchum. Will stay again!”
