“Location is vey good, close to city and can go easily to most tourist attractions”

“My allocated room is right above the lobby entrance (room 230). The window to my room is viewable from anyone walking into the lobby so I have to shut it all the time. This made me woke up at 1am with the sudden commotion at the lobby. Wifi is ridiculous that you have to join the hotel programme to use it. So easy to click pay on the UI and I had to ring reception to get it sorted. Only good thing is you can borrow dyson hair straightener. ”

“overall are Okay, but there have a big construction site besides hotel & window, they start work 7:00am daily, and thought it must obstruct the view in coming close future ”

“Beautiful room that was spacious. Lovely and clean and we loved the Super King bed. The balcony was big and I loved being able to see the city from outside. Outside chairs were big and comfy. We had the buffet breakfast which had a great variety of items on offer. My only complaint was the noise from other guests in the hallway at night and that the bed rocked around whenever my hubby rolled over. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay with an excellent location.”

“All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The original concierge /reception gentleman was extra kind and thoughtful enough to allow me an early check in without charge until his female manager stopped him and demanded I pay an early check in fee of AUD100 to which I refused. My check in date was October 7 ( Monday) which is a public holiday, if Ibis would like to check their staff roster log they will be able to find out which staff go out of their way to make guest want to come back and stay……

“酒店是整潔的, 客房的裝潢都是不同的, 雖然整體都是不錯的, 但我不會考慮再次入住, 原因是複式單位, 客房在下層, 我們的行李又大又重, 不適合搬到下層打開, 結果經常上上落落。 如果有較小的小朋友家庭要慬選。”
