“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.”

“Magical experience! This glamping getaway was truly one-of-a-kind. The vibe was incredible, and the unique hot tub was a highlight (especially after a long day of hiking). Star-gazing from the deck's built-in hammock was unforgettable. Michael was a fantastic host, super responsive and kind. “We booked this spot for a one-night stay while in town for a concert, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed — honestly, we would’ve stayed longer if we could! The space was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfy, and the amenities were well thought out and modern.We did have a little hiccup with the air conditioning when we first arrived, but the host responded right away and got us up and running quickly — couldn’t have asked for better communication.One of the highlights for us……

“We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville. The management was only a text away when we had questions, and the apartment had most everything we needed. Uploading a photo as part of booking was the only weird part, but……

“Great property but you might want to get there before dark your first night. The property is reached by going on several miles of gravel roads and we weren’t sure we were headed in the right direction. But once you are there you’ll appreciate the peace. I would also add the living room furniture is not very comfortable ”

“Wife and I stayed for two days/nights for business and leisure. The condo was super clean and exactly how it was described. The patio had a great view of Dickson Street and had plenty of room. Great communication with the host when we needed it as well. I'd highly recommend this condo for a weekend stay! ”

“This is absolutely one of the best VRB properties we have stayed at! Love the 1920's Speakeasy motif and love how centrally located we were as far as activities and restaurants we chose to visit! The kitchen was well stocked and just little things like creamers available for coffee and welcome snacks were appreciated! The addition of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms was great! It is hard to find fault with "The Novel". I would recommend to anyone visiting Rogers, Arkansas.”
