“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal……

“This was our second stay. We appreciate the proximity to Prairie Creek marina to rent a pontoon. This trip we also paddleboarded at Beaver Lake Outdoor Center.We love the view of the lake from the csbin kitchen table. Amazing sunset. The kitchen is well stocked with cookingutensils. The living room was comfortable for watching a movie at night. The AC works well but cool air is concentrated in master suite.I wish i had brought paper for the kids and I to write. Bring games to play.The cabin is……

“We had a short stay for just a couple of days for an a capella competition in Fayetteville and the house was beautiful! Everything was spotless and the house was a lot bigger than expected and a lot nicer than the photos. The management was excellent with very quick responses to all the questions we had about the property. The only downside for us was that it was fairly far to downtown Fayetteville but it is the perfect secluded lake getaway!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cute little house in Rogers, Arkansas! The house was just us pictured online. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and communicative. The check-in and checkout process were very easy. There was so much to do in Rogers! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Four couples spent three nights at this property on Beaver Lake. Loads of activities available at this house like shuffleboard, frisbee golf and more. It does have stairs but has two kitchens and a great view of the lake. Would be a great place for a family group with lots of kids. Would stay there again. ”

“Our stay started off rocky, as the air condition needed freon and the house was in the 80s when we walked in the door. However, Staci responded immediately and brought over a portal A/C unit and a few more fans, to try to keep us comfortable until the A/C repairman could get there. 9:00 the next morning (on a Saturday) the repairman was there and took care of the problem. One of the drains was also clogged and Staci had a plumber there around the same time to take care of that problem as……
