“Needed a clean, safe place to stay after going to a concert, before returning to WV. I hate paying a lot for just a place to sleep. None of the issues referenced in other, negative reviews were noticed or found. Everything was clean, solid, and functional. Most important, the AC worked fine. Would recommend it to anyone looking for such standards. The only thing that bothered me was an unexpected additional fee for my 2nd person. I had indicated this when reserving. “The pool had not even been open at all this year. Had plants on it. No breakfast. I had to wash the jacuzzi tub out myself before we could even use it not very clean in the room the air conditioning didn't work not. The door to our room had been kicked it. Didn't latch properly. happy at all would definitely like my money back!!”

“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”
