“The area was quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. I loved having a small patio outside my room made it super accessible for my disabled veteran husband. We'll absolutely stay here again!”

“What a hidden gem in Bowling Green! Booked for one night and ended up staying three. Older motel that has been very nicely renovated. Everything appeared brand new and in great condition. Room was extremely clean and refreshed daily. Pete (owner) was always available and accommodating. Very close to a great little bar, bakery, etc. Will definitely return when visiting NCM in the future. ”

“Had no room when I get there to check in”

“Horrible walked in hair on the sheets and pillows. Blood and pee stains on sheet. Lokked like it hadent been clean. We went and told the rude front desk person and they said we dont do refunds. The picyures were not accurate.”

“The pool had not even been open at all this year. Had plants on it. No breakfast. I had to wash the jacuzzi tub out myself before we could even use it not very clean in the room the air conditioning didn't work not. The door to our room had been kicked it. Didn't latch properly. happy at all would definitely like my money back!!”

“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”
